We cannot give you all the secrets that are locked away behind the door, but this FAQ does offer

valuable tips to help you successfully escape in 60 minutes or less.

WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM AND HOW DO YOU PLAY?

Escape rooms are a fast-growing form of interactive entertainment taking the world by storm.
Participants are put in a room and have an hour to solve their way out. To be successful, players
must race the clock by finding clues and solving puzzles to successfully complete the challenge and escape the room before time runs out.

Escape Westgate takes it one step further by incorporating multi-dimensional elements including life
size props, hands-on elements, theatrical lighting, smells and sounds that combine to captivate the senses and provide an amazing experience!

WILL WE BE PHYSICALLY LOCKED IN?

The escape rooms real life setting is completely immersive once you are inside. No, the door will not
lock behind you. For the safety and enjoyment of all players, a participant may exit a live room
escape game at any time. Keep in mind, once a player exits, they will not be allowed to re-enter.

WHAT AGES CAN PLAY A LIVE ROOM ESCAPE GAME?

Escape Westgate welcomes players of all ages. Our attraction is designed for players that are 12
and older, but younger players can still enjoy them and have fun. We take pride in designing our
experiences for players looking for a fun filled adventure. Each room offers a different challenge. Do
not underestimate younger players – you never know when their smaller hands will come in handy.  An adult must accompany players 16 years of age and under.

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PARTICIPATE?

Currently, all of our games are private bookings, meaning you will not be grouped with random players. Each room is designed for 4 to 8 players at a time, however the Lost Tomb can accommodate up to 10 players. Smaller groups can be accommodated on a walk-in basis; you do not need a full group of players to participate but there is a minimum of 4 players for online booking. We do not combine unrelated mixed parties.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING?

Yes, of course, we do! Corporate Team Building is a perfect match for escape games. Looking for a
one-of-a-kind corporate team-building experience? Escape Westgate is the premier event center for
challenges that test and reward your team. We offer flexible group rate packages to accommodate up to 36 players at a time. Call and talk to our General Manager to get details and pricing.

SPECIAL EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS?

Do you have something worth celebrating? Make the event even more memorable by taking an
escape room challenge! We are equipped to handle groups of all sizes. Escape Westgate is located
in the heart of the Westgate Entertainment District, which means, there are numerous restaurants, bars, and other places to visit to make your special night out, truly special.

CAN OUR GROUP PLAY ALONE?

All the rooms are private bookings at no additional charge. There is only
one booking per room allowed, so if you are bringing additional players and paying with separate forms of
payment, you will need to call the front desk and pay for any additional tickets when you arrive.

SAME DAY BOOKING

If you have a last-minute event, get an unexpected visit from family/friends, or just want to find a new source of entertainment you can book an escape room for today!

WALK-INS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

Did not reserve an escape room in advance? No problem! Walk-in customers are always welcome.
We can work to fit you into a room if it’s available, just check with our front desk to check for available spots.

WHAT IS THE PRICE?

The escape room experience price is $32.99 plus tax per player, 4 player minimum ticketing online. Each time slot includes one full hour to complete the challenge.

WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

All “escapers” should arrive a few minutes before the scheduled game. The time on your reservation
is the time the game begins. Since we have bookings before and after yours, we must start the
games on time. We cannot delay the start time due to members of your party arriving late.

IMPAIRMENT or INTOXICATION?

If you are visibly impaired or intoxicated by any substance, you will not be allowed to play the game
and you will not receive a refund. If you are inside a room and become visibly impaired or aggressive
in any way (Including: damaging the sets, verbal abuse of other players, or towards the staff members) you will be removed from the game. We do not offer refunds and we reserve the right to refuse service to any member of your party for the above-listed reasons.

REFUNDS?

Escape Westgate is a live event, so unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you let us know at
least a week ahead of time we can reschedule you or give you a ticket credit towards a future booking.
